 The share market of Nepal is regulated by the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), which is the only stock exchange of Nepal. As of November 2023, the market capitalization of the companies listed on NEPSE totaled रू 287,198.7 crore (US$22 billion). The NEPSE index, which measures the performance of the overall market, was at 1,837.42 points as of November 7, 2023. This is a decrease of 2.33% from the previous day’s closing of 1,881.01 points.
